WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES UNCOMMON PINEAPPLE TAKE?
Credit, debit and Uncommon Pineapple gift cards. We also now accept Klarna, Apple Pay, Affirm and After Pay.
(Cash accepted for products purchased in person. Please contact us for more information regarding in person purchases).
ARE CANDLE SCENTS OFFERED IN ALL SIZES?
Most Candles are offered in 10 oz but as we are going away with 4 oz, only select candles are available in that size. Check listings for sizes for specific candles.
HOW LONG DOES THE CANDLES BURN?
4 oz burning time is 20+ hours
10 oz burning time is 40+ hours
12 oz burning time is 50+ hours
Only allow candle to burn 3 hours at a time.
